This introductory course teaches beginners the basics of drawing including values, light, shadow, perspective, proportion and drawing objects using basic shapes as a foundation. A variety of subject matter is explored using graphite pencil. A brief discussion of the wide array of drawing materials available are covered. The class will give you all of the fundamentals and skills to begin your journey into drawing and illustration. This class is also very beneficial to those who want to take up painting as these principles are required as the foundation of any painting.
2 ½ hr class and cost is $75 per person
Classes are Monday’s each week at 10am and 4pm
