All offices are wired for internet and cable TV service, have windows, some have storage and all offices have access to the kitchenette, full bath, front covered porch and sun deck. There is on and off street parking available and the regional trolley stops in the parking lot next to the building. The building has a new monitored security system and each tenant is provided their own access code to allow for 24 hour access.
